Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Morning Star Farms Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/4 cups Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 13 cups Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix the sausage crumbles, melted butter, olive oil, beaten eggs, milk, hot sauce, and cheddar cheese together in a large bowl.
  • Next mix all remaining dry ingredients together in another bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together gently.
  • If dough seems too stiff, add a tablespoon of milk.
  • It will be like biscuit dough.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 17 minutes.
