Ingredients
- 1 large cream cheese
- 3 small carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 small cucumber
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt/red pepper
Method
- Grind or grate the 3 vegetables.
- Drain well.
- Add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese and mix well.
- Add well drained vegetables, salt and red pepper.
- Spread on crackers.
- Top with olives or pimentos.
