Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. whiskey
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. cranberries, chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix cake mix, pudding mix, whiskey, oil, milk and eggs together on low speed.
  • Beat for 2 to 3 minutes more on high speed.
  • Fold in nuts, coconut and berries.
  • Bake in a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 55 minutes.
  • Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  • Turn out on rack.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar when almost cold.
