Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 c. whiskey
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. cranberries, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, whiskey, oil, milk and eggs together on low speed.
- Beat for 2 to 3 minutes more on high speed.
- Fold in nuts, coconut and berries.
- Bake in a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 55 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.
- Turn out on rack.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar when almost cold.
