- 3 large onions
- 1 onion or chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 large stalk celery
- 1 (30 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms
- 6 diced carrots
- 1 can green beans
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut vegetables and cover with water.
- Boil for 10 minutes. Cover and reduce heat.
- Simmer until vegetables are soft.
