Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

Method

  • Crumble beef in a 3-quart casserole.
  • Cook in microwave 4 to 5 minutes until beef is no longer pink.
  • Stir 1/2 way through.
  • Mix in spaghetti sauce, water, macaroni and mushrooms.
  • Cook in microwave, covered, for 14 minutes.
  • Stir 1/2 way through. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let stand, covered, 5 to 6 minutes.
