Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Method
- Crumble beef in a 3-quart casserole.
- Cook in microwave 4 to 5 minutes until beef is no longer pink.
- Stir 1/2 way through.
- Mix in spaghetti sauce, water, macaroni and mushrooms.
- Cook in microwave, covered, for 14 minutes.
- Stir 1/2 way through. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let stand, covered, 5 to 6 minutes.
