Ingredients
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can red beans
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 green mango, diced
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/3 c. water
Method
- Mix ingredients and cook until thick.
- Cool and pour over vegetables.
