Ingredients
- 1 small bag frozen broccoli
- 1 small bag frozen cauliflower
- Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick Parkay
- 1 strip Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook vegetables to your liking.
- Combine crackers with melted butter (should be crumbly).
- Put vegetables in baking dish; cover with layer of cheese slices.
- Top with cracker mixture.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
