Ingredients
- 24 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed (shredded hash rounds are best)
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper as desired
- paprika as desired
Method
- Mix all ingredients except paprika.
- Place ingredients in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake at 350° for an hour.
