Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. each carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery, cut fine
  • green pepper and onion (as desired)
  • shredded cheese
  • bits of tomatoes (with seed removed)

Method

  • Spread the rolls onto jelly roll pan and bake.
  • Mix the cream cheese, dressing, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread this over the baked crescent rolls.
  • Add the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery in layers. Add the green pepper and onion.
  • Top with the cheese and tomatoes.
