- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 c. each carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery, cut fine
- green pepper and onion (as desired)
- shredded cheese
- bits of tomatoes (with seed removed)
Method
- Spread the rolls onto jelly roll pan and bake.
- Mix the cream cheese, dressing, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread this over the baked crescent rolls.
- Add the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery in layers. Add the green pepper and onion.
- Top with the cheese and tomatoes.
