- 2 chicken breast halves skinless and deboned
- 2 limes
- 1 jalapeno chili finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
- cumin
- salt
- ground black pepper
- cooking oil spray
- 4 tortillas
- tomato sauce Mexican
Method
- Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of the lime, jalapeno, olive oil, vinegar, a pinch of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste for at least an hour, preferably 4 hours.
- Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- Spray a hot skillet with cooking oil, add the chicken, and cook until golden brown and cooked inside.
- Warm the tortillas and stuff with the chicken. Serve with sauce.
