Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped

Method

  • Separate rolls and place on pizza pan.
  • Spread with fingers and seal seams.
  • Bake at 375° for 14 to 19 minutes; cool.
  • Mix sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth. Spread over crust.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Cut into appetizer pieces.
  • Makes about 60.
