Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Method
- Separate rolls and place on pizza pan.
- Spread with fingers and seal seams.
- Bake at 375° for 14 to 19 minutes; cool.
- Mix sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth. Spread over crust.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into appetizer pieces.
- Makes about 60.
