Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (1.7 oz.) envelope dried vegetable soup mix
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
Method
- Combine ingredients, mixing well.
- Refrigerate several hours. Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
- Makes 4 cups.
