Ingredients
- 2 c. cauliflower flowerets
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. carrot sticks (1-inch)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can broccoli cheese soup
- 1/3 c. milk
Method
- Cook vegetables until tender.
- Combine soup and milk and heat thoroughly.
- Toss vegetables and soup mix and serve hot. Variation:
- May add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
