Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, boned and cut in bite size pcs
  • Wooden skewers
  • Zucchini, cut in bite size pcs
  • Whole mushrooms
  • 1 can small whole potatoes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Onion, cut in bite size pcs
  • Green pepper, cut in bite size pcs
  • 1 pt. Zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 pt. Catalina dressing

Method

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour.
  • Marinate chicken pcs in salad dressings, for up to 6 hrs.
  • Parboil vegetables in order using the same liquid; zucchini, mushrooms, green pepper and onion removing each time.
  • Place rack in bowl to cold each vegetable while the next is cooking.
  • Don't parboil potatoes or possibly cherry tomatoes.
  • Alternate chicken and all vegetables on skewers.
  • Cook on grill till chicken is done, rotating often and basting with marinade.
  • (About 15 to 20 min).
