Ingredients

  • 1 pints heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb mixed vegetables , corn , green beans, carrots, sweet peas,
  • 3 medium potatoes cubed
  • 2 tbsp sour cream, heaping
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup 1% milk if needed to thin chowder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable, coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup dill fresh half of that if dried

Method

  • Heat oil add potatoes and mixed vegetables
  • Fry them till tender scrape bottom if needed
  • Drain oil
  • Heat in pan add cornstarch
  • Stir in well
  • When the cornstarch is stirred in add cream and sour cream stirring constantly till thickens if to thick add milk
  • Garnish with dill
