Ingredients
- 1 pints heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb mixed vegetables , corn , green beans, carrots, sweet peas,
- 3 medium potatoes cubed
- 2 tbsp sour cream, heaping
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup 1% milk if needed to thin chowder
- 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable, coconut oil
- 1/4 cup dill fresh half of that if dried
Method
- Heat oil add potatoes and mixed vegetables
- Fry them till tender scrape bottom if needed
- Drain oil
- Heat in pan add cornstarch
- Stir in well
- When the cornstarch is stirred in add cream and sour cream stirring constantly till thickens if to thick add milk
- Garnish with dill
