Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen carrots
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 9 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 can onion rings
Method
- Cook all vegetables half the time stated on package; drain. Place in casserole dish.
- Heat and blend soup and cheese.
- Pour over veggies and mix.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Top with onion rings during the last 5 minutes.
- Serves 10.
