Ingredients
- 1 layer French cut frozen green beans
- 1 layer julienne or thin strips raw carrots
- 1 layer bite size celery
- 1 layer bite size green pepper
- 1 layer chopped onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. tapioca
Method
- Layer vegetables in order given.
- Season with salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes over all.
- Sprinkle with tapioca.
- Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
