Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- pepper to taste
Method
- Blend all ingredients together and put in a casserole.
- On top put 1 cup grated cheese.
- Next add 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed. Melt 1 stick oleo and pour on top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes (until casserole bubbles).
