Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) bag mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Cook vegetables until tender, but not done.
- Mix with soup and pour into a buttered 8 x 11-inch glass dish.
- Top with cheese, then bread cubes.
- Pour melted butter over top.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly.
