Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 8 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 8 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- Velveeta cheese to cover
Method
- Cook vegetables in casserole dish in microwave until almost done.
- Drain water.
- Add soup, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover with cheese.
- Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.
