Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 fine chopped carrot
- 3 diced garlic cloves
- 1Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
Method
- Saute carrot, bell pepper, and onion 3 minutes
- Add garlic and black pepper, saute 30 seconds
- Add rice, saute 30 seconds
- Add chicken stock, bring to boil, simmer on low covered 15-20 minutes
- Drizzle with honey, fluff and serve
