Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, thawed
  • 2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 jar desired spaghetti sauce *
  • diced Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  • While macaroni is cooking, cook ground beef and drain.
  • Drain macaroni when finished.
  • Combine all ingredients in microwavable dish with lid; leave some cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
  • Microwave until hot.
  • Serve with garlic bread and fresh tossed salad.
