Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, thawed
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 jar desired spaghetti sauce *
- diced Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- While macaroni is cooking, cook ground beef and drain.
- Drain macaroni when finished.
- Combine all ingredients in microwavable dish with lid; leave some cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
- Microwave until hot.
- Serve with garlic bread and fresh tossed salad.
