Ingredients
- 2 lb. veal stew
- 1 lb. spring onions
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/2 lb. tomatoes
- 4 oz. olive oil
- pinch of pepper
- garlic as desired
- salt as desired
Method
- Wash and peel onions.
- Cut veal stew into pieces.
- Combine veal and onions in a casserole dish.
- Add salt, bay leaves, pepper, olive oil, peeled and chopped tomatoes, garlic and enough water to cover.
- Cook, covered.
- Stew for about one hour over low heat.
