Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Method
- Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and 1 cup cheese.
- Stir well.
- Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
