- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mild-flavored molasses
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce, such as Tabasco
Method
- Whisk ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, molasses, horseradish, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
- Sauce can be made 5 days ahead. Store in an airtight container and chill.
