Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Melt butter in loaf pan.
- Blend flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl.
- Blend
- eggs
- in milk and make batter of flour and sugar mixture.
- Pour
- batter in loaf pan with butter, then add the can of
- cherry
- pie filling and bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes or until
- toothpick inserted in crust comes out dry.
- Serve in the loaf pan, to be dipped into bowls.
