Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup American cheese, small cubed
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon celery salt
  • 12 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon onion powder
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can peas, drained
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped small
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon American cheese, small cubed
  • 12 teaspoon paprika

Method

  • Combine first ten ingredients in bowl.
  • Gently fold in peas.
  • and chopped egg.
  • Chill for 6-8 hours for optimal taste.
  • Garnish with 1 sliced egg, 1 tablespoons cubed cheese and 1/2 teaspoons.
