Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground turkey breast, browned
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup mango peach salsa
  • 1 (4 ounce) packagedry chili seasoning mix (depending on your taste)
  • 2 (16 ounce) cansof any beans (I use black beans)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients into large pot and simmer for 1-2 hours.
  • Or put in crockpot and cook on low 3-4 hours.
  • You may add water if the chili gets too thick.
