Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. pear juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 c. diced, canned pears
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
Method
- Dissolve jello in
- hot
- water
- and add pear juice, salt and vinegar.
- Put 1/2-inch
- in
- mold or reserve to use on top. Let remainder of jello slightly jell, then whip.
- Cream cheese and ginger.
- Add to
- whipped jello.
- Fold in fruit.
- Fill mold or put in 9
- 13-inch
- shallow
- dish.
- When
- set, cover with reserved jello.
