Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worchester Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 cups Romaine Lettuce, cleaned and torn
  • 1 cup Rustic Bread, cut into large cubes
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • For the dressing: combine lemon juice, minced garlic, worchester sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil.
  • For the croutons: heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter in heavy pan. Add the bread cubes and saute over medium heat, tossing regularly, until bread is toasted. Remove from heat.
  • Toss prepared lettuce with dressing. Add in grated parmesan cheese and croutons, tossing to combine.
