- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Worchester Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 6 cups Romaine Lettuce, cleaned and torn
- 1 cup Rustic Bread, cut into large cubes
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
- For the dressing: combine lemon juice, minced garlic, worchester sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil.
- For the croutons: heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter in heavy pan. Add the bread cubes and saute over medium heat, tossing regularly, until bread is toasted. Remove from heat.
- Toss prepared lettuce with dressing. Add in grated parmesan cheese and croutons, tossing to combine.
