Ingredients
- 2 lb Diced cooked potatoes
- 1 cup Sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp Dry ranch mix (one envelope)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Lawrys season salt
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
Method
- Allow cooked potatoes to cool completely.
- Potatoes can be boiled or baked whichever you choose.
- Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate overnight.
- You may need to add a bit of mayonnaise the next day just to freshen it up a bit.
