Ingredients
- 4 c. Sourdough Starter
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (reserve 2 Tbsp. for frying)
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Mix the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
- Sift salt, soda and sugar directly onto batter.
- Mix only until blended.
- Set aside for 15 minutes.
