Ingredients

  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 gal. lowfat milk
  • Peaches (about 2 c. thawed or possibly fresh mashed "sweetened" fruit)

Method

  • Beat Large eggs and sugar together till all sugar has dissolved.
  • Then slowly add in lowfat milk and whipping cream; mix well.
  • Pour mix into ice cream churn container.
  • Then finish filling container with fruit mix.
  • Leave at least 1 1/2 inch from top of container before attaching lid.
  • Follow instructions from your ice cream churn - either electric or possibly hand crank - till ice cream is desired consistency.
  • Other fruits (strawberries, etc.)
  • may be substituted.
  • To lower cholesterole omit Large eggs.
