Ingredients
- 8 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 gal. lowfat milk
- Peaches (about 2 c. thawed or possibly fresh mashed "sweetened" fruit)
Method
- Beat Large eggs and sugar together till all sugar has dissolved.
- Then slowly add in lowfat milk and whipping cream; mix well.
- Pour mix into ice cream churn container.
- Then finish filling container with fruit mix.
- Leave at least 1 1/2 inch from top of container before attaching lid.
- Follow instructions from your ice cream churn - either electric or possibly hand crank - till ice cream is desired consistency.
- Other fruits (strawberries, etc.)
- may be substituted.
- To lower cholesterole omit Large eggs.
