Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. mayo
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. ham, shredded in processor or diced fine with electric knife
  • 2 c. ham, shredded
  • 12 medium flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Method

  • In large mixing bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, mayo, onions, green pepper, Worcestershire, garlic powder, Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in ham.
  • Place a tortilla on a large round plate.
  • Spread a thin layer of ham mixture over tortilla.
  • Repeat layers, ending with ham mixture on top of entire stack.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts or chopped parsley on top layer of stack.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Cut into wedges/small cubes.
  • Serve with a decorative toothpick inserted in each piece.
  • (Place picks in a row.
  • Makes slicing with electric knife easiest.)
