Ingredients
- 2 lb. turnip greens
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Method
- Wash and
- prepare
- greens;
- pre-boil
- until
- tender
- by adding 1/2 teaspoon
- soda.
- Drain all liquid from greens.
- Put into frying pan; add bouillon cubes, salt and oil.
- Put lid on pan. Let simmer 30 minutes on low heat.
