Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 3/4 c. plain M&M's
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
- Gradually add sugar to make meringues stiff.
- Fold in M&M's.
- Drop by teaspoons onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
- Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
- Let cool on cookie sheet.
- Remove from cookie sheet and store in container with tight lid.
