Ingredients

  • 1 large (30cm) Turkish bread, cut into 20 x 1.5cm slices
  • Garlic olive oil spray
  • 180g block Haloumi cheese, cut into 10 slices then halved diagonally
  • 1 x 150g tub Captain's Table Moroccan Harissa Dip
  • Baby rocket leaves, for garnish

Method

  • SPRAY the Turkish bread slices with the garlic olive oil.
  • Place onto two baking trays then toast under preheated grill for 3-5 minutes each side until crisp and golden.
  • Allow to cool.
  • SPRAY a non stick frypan with oil and lightly fry the Haloumi over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden on both sides.
  • Spread the Moroccan Harissa onto each bread slice and top with the fried Haloumi, garnish with rocket.
  • Serve immediately.
