- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 2 c. cubed cooked turkey
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine undrained tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
- Bake in 375° oven for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
