Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute celery and onion in butter.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to sauteed mixture.
- Mix milk with flour and salt, then add to boiling mixture.
- Cook for 1 hour.
