Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk (less 1/8 c.)
  • 1/8 c. sherry
  • 2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds in a small casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and cook an additional 10 minutes until brown on top.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
