- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk (less 1/8 c.)
- 1/8 c. sherry
- 2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds in a small casserole dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with almonds and cook an additional 10 minutes until brown on top.
- Serves 4 to 6.
