Ingredients
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 small cans shrimp
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
- Heat soup to boiling point.
- Dissolve cream cheese thoroughly in soup.
- Add gelatin and cool.
- Add mayonnaise, celery, onions and seasonings.
- When it begins to thicken, pour a layer of mixture into oiled mold, follow with a layer of shrimp and continue until used.
- Chill.
- When ready to use, unmold with hot water.
- Serve with crackers.
