Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. diced turkey
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. thin sliced celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Method
- In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add turkey, celery, carrots and onion; toss to coat well.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Makes 5 cups.
