Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. instant rice
Method
- Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with milk, water and cheese.
- Stir instant rice and chopped onion into drained broccoli.
- Put into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Stir, then let stand 10 minutes before serving.
