Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. instant rice

Method

  • Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup with milk, water and cheese.
  • Stir instant rice and chopped onion into drained broccoli.
  • Put into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Stir, then let stand 10 minutes before serving.
