Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh or frozen green beans
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 medium onion, peeled (left whole)
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
Method
- Place beans and ingredients in Dutch oven or large boiler. Cover with water.
- Cook 2 hours or until tender.
- Remove cover and boil on medium-high to reduce liquid, if desired.
