Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
  • 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 lb. ground raw turkey

Method

  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients in order listed above; mix well. Press evenly into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done. Drain off any excess fat. Let stand for 10 minutes and transfer to serving platter. Serves 4-6.
