Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked, cubed turkey breasts
- 1/2 c. red grapes, cut into halves
- 1/2 c. diced red apples
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery stalks
- 1/2 c. French dressing
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
Method
- Combine turkey, lettuce, grapes, apples and celery in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add French dressing and toss. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
- Makes 4 servings.
