Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape into balls about 1 inch in size.
- Place in a microwave-safe baking dish.
- Cover loosely and microwave on High for 3 minutes. Rearrange meatballs.
- Microwave another 6 minutes.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- Drain.
- Makes about 24.
- Serve with spaghetti and sauce.
