Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 6 chicken breasts, boned
- 3 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Method
- Bone chicken and half breasts.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge breasts in flour.
- In butter, brown lightly until tender.
