Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 lb. fresh ground turkey breast
  • 2 tsp. safflower or canola oil
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1//2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2/3 tsp. ground cumin
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplements
  • 1 c. water (add more water, if necessary)

Method

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onions; saute 5 minutes.
  • Add turkey; cook, stirring 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer half an hour.
