- 1 1/3 lb. fresh ground turkey breast
- 2 tsp. safflower or canola oil
- 3/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1//2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2/3 tsp. ground cumin
- pepper to taste
- 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplements
- 1 c. water (add more water, if necessary)
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onions; saute 5 minutes.
- Add turkey; cook, stirring 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer half an hour.
