Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 (7 oz.) cans solid pack tuna
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. Progresso Italian-style bread crumbs
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with fork.
- Add rice, onions and undrained tuna.
- Mix well.
- Place butter in a small glass bowl.
- Microwave at High 1 minute until melted.
- Add to tuna along with thyme and crumbs.
- Mix well.
